Bell, Book, and Candle

It's the Xmas season, and book editor James Stewart learns something about his downstairs neighbor Kim Novak - she's a witch! In fact, New York is full of them! Not your typical holiday movie or romantic comedy, this film was one of the inspirations for the "Bewitched" television series. Jack Lemmon, Elsa Lanchester, Ernie Kovacks, and Hermione Gingold co-star. (Oh, and Pyewacket the cat, too.)

Dracula, Prince of Darkness (1966)

Second installment in the classic Hammer Dracula series. Four hapless travellers stay the night in a lonely castle, not knowing that the previous owner was the King of Vampires himself, Dracula! Blood from one of the travellers is used to resuurect the Count, and another becomes his first new victim.
